The Professional Women's Forum was set up in 1994 by Pat Pledger, a British businesswoman with extensive experience in human resources management and language training. PWF became an "eingetragener Verein" under German law in 1995.
PWF’s explosive growth following its foundation confirmed to us that there was an acute need for communication and mutual professional support among women.
Since its foundation, PWF has organised evening events and weekend workshops on a broad range of topics. Common to all events, however, is an opportunity for networking and a focus on the professional and personal development of our members.
PWF provided me with a breakthrough in establishing professional relationships when I was new in Germany.
